Only one thing to say: disgusting. I took shrimp at work, tasteless shrimp accompanied by flavorless rice and cabbage and broccoli. Really inedible. Tasteless soup. Beef noodles too spicy and sticky, dish as bad as possible. Except for the spring rolls, everything is to be thrown away, like our money ...
MoreThe dishes and the pho are good and inexpensive, what more could you ask for? I would just advise against dessert the fried pancake ...
MoreGreat quality-price restaurant for Pho soup. The service was good.
Food is adequate and cheap but come on! No friendly service whatsoever. No smile! Nothing! Montreal food customer services seriously need some attention ๐โน๏ธ
MoreThe soup is nice but bland, the noodles are just acceptable. Wonderful staff!!!!! Great prices. Quick service.
MoreI am always optimistic about people and services but this one was the worst I would say... the only waiter who was the owner I assume was so bad behaved. Me and my partner ordered one dish, a soup and an extra roll but we ended up with 2 dishes not similar and different from the one we ordered. When we asked why is this, He mentioned we dont do one combo for two! (He desided bring another dish with his choice without telling anything :)) ). The behavior of personel was totally strange. The food though was not that interesting in compare with other vietnamien places I tryed (consider myself a PHO fan!)
MoreHonnestly, the WORST customer service I have experienced in a long, long time. Even if i called to make sure they could deliver. employees were not even bothered to call to say that their delivery guy did not want to drive 15 minutes for the delivery, resulting in me waiting over an hour for food that never left the restaurant. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
MoreVery good memories but I have not returned since the change of owners (sad!).Chicken peanut sauce with crispy spinach: simply a treat. It lacks some deserts worthy of other dishes.Do not forget to bring your own wine.
MoreVery good and fresh. Excellent value. Thank you
One of the best Vietnamese food I ever eat damn it was good
love it!
It's a good neighbourhood place. BYOB,
Best Pho in town!!!
Some of the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. There was one server, he was constantly on his phone and ignored us. Overcharged myself and my girlfriend, while my girlfriendโs meal came with a cake. She had to ask where it was while we were paying before he said sorry we are out. He then proceeded to not understand french, when a customer had just came in and spoke french with him and had a good laugh. We then told him to have a goodnight, and he did not respond. Food was ok, but I will never eat here again. Go to the other Pho restaurant around the corner.
More(change of ownership some months ago)review for previous ownership: their bun bo hue was probably the best I had outside of home. was only available on Friday so it was mark on my calendar when I was feeling bun bo hue.the pho was quite good, almost up to par with the best ones.mind you, I haven't went in some months and since then, learned that they change owner and chefs so take this with a grain of salt as I have no idea how the current management is. I rarely eat out for vietnamese food
MoreWe discovered it totally by chance. We wanted a few different things and despite the fact that we were only 4 in the restaurant it was very nice. The waiter advised us and explained the menu. We ate well. To try another time.
MoreGood Vietnamese food and not to expensive.
Came here for dinner one night. Food was okay. Only down side is they don't sell beer here so you have to bring your own!
MoreThe Vietnamese food here was below par and very westernized with their pho soup bring overly seasoned with cinnamon and their Hu tieu being underseasoned and bland. The food is very obviously catered to an audience unfamiliar with traditional Vietnamese food so I will not hold that against the restaurant however the service was appalling with myself as well as other tables being left unattended while the servers sat and played on their phones. Only the store owner would bring us water, serve us food, or get other tables what they needed such as a bottle opener.
MoreThis is my go-to place for authentic pho! The broth is delicious and packed with flavor, owner is very friendly, service is quick and prices are very affordable. A very simple authentic neighborhood place that is definitely worth a try (you will want to come back).
MoreBest Pho I have had in Montreal and rated among some of the best places I have been to in California. Very good, consistant, and always fresh. People here are very nice. Easy access close to metro and bus station.
MoreA nice little Vietnamese restaurant owned by a family. Service is excellent and every meal is perfect! I eat there at least once a month.
MoreService OK. Food OK, except for General Tao which was awful. Rather average atmosphere.
Morethe trader is not at all protected, uses his hands and does not have a mask. very average food
MoreThe soup is way too salty! Not so impressed with the service. Not a โthank you โwhen he gave the changes . , no eye contact, very strange and didnโt even tell you how much in total . and the restaurant smelled a strong deep fried oil and smoke while waiting . The sink behind the counter need to clean more . Wonโt go back again .
MoreVietnamese friend brought me here a few years back, and ever since, it's been my go to place for Pho. The broth is complex and flavourful, the portion sizes superb, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Everything else I've tried so far on the menu, from the beef spring rolls to the fried bananas, has been fresh and tasty.
Morethe food is very good here. in fact the Pho is one of the best I've had in montreal. However the service could be better hence the 4 stars
MoreVery good red curry may the waiters were still his cell so the service was so so it does not take this proud to look good restore
MoreBest spring rolls in town.
Ordered on Christmas eve, so maybe they just were not on their A game, but man did this restaurant leave a lot to be desired. Tempura Shrimp were panko battered, more like Ebi Furai, not traditional tempura and the consistency of the shrimp itself was very chalky like shrimp that have been frozen too long. I didn't finish a single shrimp. With the fried noodles and chicken that I ordered I received a very fatty pork or beef mystery meat instead of chicken. Safe to say I didn't finish either of the items and I wont be a repeat customer to Restaurant Pho. Hands down the worst food I've had in 2016.
MoreLarge menu with endless options. Amazing food at a completely affordable price. Very friendly staff. We purposely ordered more than we could eat just so we could go home with leftovers. Another Montreal local gem. Best wonton soup ever! Also the fried deserts are to die for.
MoreVery professional and friendly service. Quiet environment and very good food. I have been here several times over the last many years and the quality is still excellent.
MoreGot very sick from eating here!
Copious and fast. Cheap and better than do yourself.
Very good food, a bit cold inside.
Fried rice is the best taste Not good serviceStill the best of Canadian Vietnamese foodThe soup is too sweetGood caustic ratio
MoreSimply delicious and so affordable. Loving it!
Excellent plates especially skewers of beef, pork, shrimp. Not too salty or oily. Service a bit slow because server is alone. Bring your own wine, 70's decor. They close early in the evening.
MoreLove food and owner personalised service a must
Not so great food and we felt like we are disturbing the guy all the time (which did not feel like a safe thing in this place), had to wake him up to pay as well...
MoreThe food is really good and the owners very nice. Calm, low-key place with delicious Vietnamese dishes. Also the prices are reasonable
MoreWe ordered via Skipthedishes. The delivery man arrived 15 minutes later. However, everything was lukewarm or cold. Grilled chicken was accompanied by cold white rice and a shabby green salad. The tomatoes were almost moldy. The tom yum soup was greasy. Impossible to finish it. The imperial roll had surely been fried twice. Calcined and dripping with fat. The interior contained a mixture that was difficult to identify. Eventually, the banana fritter went straight to the trash. Just over $ 30 straight into the trash. Run away!
MoreThe broth is the best! It has a nice cinnamon taste.
Flies in soups. Several flies were found in two bowls in our group. The owner did not even apologize!
MoreExcellent beef spring rolls. Tonkinoise soup also amazing. Very good and affordable comfort food.
MoreVery detailed and clear flavourful broth. Meat and veggies were top notch. Great prices and generous portions. Very satisfied customer
MoreThe broth it to die for!
Love the soups and everything else I wanna come back still to discover ๐
Small restaurant but it's the best pho I've had in Montreal. The bun bo hue was so good too! The spring rolls were excellent! Love this restaurant.
MoreGood food in general. Friendly service.
